Dr. J. Berry and staff at Tennent Street Surgery, the staff at the Co-operative Funeralcare, Stockton, the service ministered by Mrs Heather Crudgington at St. Paul's Church, Stockton and the donations made to the North East Air Ambulance Service. Kathleen would have been very humbled.
